Frequently Asked Questions

  • We accept cash or check, due on the first day of instruction, or card payments through our website when registering.

  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $60 cancellation fee. The Academy will inform the student of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons will be completed on the next available business day.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing. If instructions are discontinued for any reason, tuition fees will be calculated for the past session and the balance will be paid within 4 weeks.

  • As required by the DMV, 7 days, each day consisting of 50 minutes of driving and 50 minutes of observing.
